- I have resided in Long Beach 31 years, so I know our fair city quite well. I have put my knowledge of the city to good use during the fourteen years I served as a real estate agent through three areas of expertise: finding the right home for people who want to buy, putting an unmatchable marketing effort in place for people who want to sell, and I serve investors who enjoy making money on properties of up to four units. I hold degrees in English and engineering, and I have one child, a daughter who is 22 years old and a junior at CSULB.
